Here are home remedies to get rid of soap scum

Take ¾ cup of Baking soda &

¾ cup of water &

¾ cup of white vinegar

NEW RECIPE:

Pour the solution over your grout and let it soak into the grout and allow its magical element do its job. It’s hard to believe, but these 3 innocent, non-threatening items from your kitchen are actually a very effective cleaner in the home.

Once the solution has soaked for about 30 minutes, take a grout brush with stiff bristles and scrub the affected area with the solution on it.

Your grout will have been rejuvenated by your efforts and should look amazing now! One last cleaning tip: SEAL your grout each year to protect it from being stained in the future. It’s simple, easy and will save you from hours of scrubbing in the future!

Finally, this same solution is great for removing soap scum from your shower walls, tub sides and glass partitions. Add a little hydrogen peroxide for some added punch, and you’re half way to a sparkling bathroom!

And if you have some extra spray bottles around the house, put these solutions you make in a spray bottle, label them and use them when you’re in a hurry and don’t have time to mix this stuff up! Just keep them in a fairly cool and dark areas like under your kitchen sink.

I have an entire BOOK on nothing but household remedies for cleaning applications.
